Dani Hildreth

Creating places where children thrive and families connect, across museums, cultural institutions and immersive experiences in the US, Europe and the Middle East.

My career can be traced with a single thread: creating places where children thrive and families connect.

Over fifteen years, my work has always lived at the intersection of place, people and purpose. From launching two startup museums in Dubai to the expansion at the Children's Museum of Denver, I have spent my career designing the spaces and experiences that families remember long after they leave.

I bring together research-led education, operational rigor, and a deep belief that the best experiences are felt before they are understood: a balance between aesthetics that inspire, operations that feel effortless, and experiences that give every child the agency to feel genuinely seen.

Creating extraordinary experiences has always been about how a place makes you feel.

Education rooted in research. Memories steeped in authenticity. And joy that can be shared.

The work begins with listening.

In her words

When they get to do something they're curious about, their whole face lights up; you can see that spark in their eyes.

To show the value in playing and connecting with people is so often overlooked as adults. That's really how we learn about the world: by exploring, and embracing those softer skills.
